Wellness & Recovery
Support Group

The Wellness & Recovery Group gives members a chance to check-in with fellow peers on a variety of topics - ranging from how they are doing on their recovery journey to the challenges they currently face in their daily lives.

Members have said that this group has done away with their feelings surrounding isolation, has kept them out of hospitals and institutions, and keeps them connected to their peers and the communities in which they often thrive in their recovery. All are welcome!

Everything said within the group remains in the group as we operate all our groups under the principle of absolute confidentiality.

Writing for Joy

Writing is a great way to get away from our negative thoughts and frustrations. In this weekly group, we will play the best writing games and have fun with our imagination — and, if you want, some self-reflection. Fun is guaranteed. This group is for complete beginners. You will never have to share what you write. All you need is a pen and paper, nothing else. Come discover your creative side!
We are free to write about anything, including sad thoughts,
or whatever is on our mind.

Hearing Voices
Support Group

"The Hearing Voices Groups are not rocket science. They are simply people with shared experiences coming together to support one another. They offer a safe haven where people who hear, see or sense things that other people don’t can feel accepted, valued and understood."

“I’d been living all these years in a strange isolated bubble, thinking I was unique, and then I realized there were all these other people just like me.”

All Hearing Voices Groups are centered around the needs and aspirations of their members. Rather than being solely focused on voices and visions, group members are welcome to talk about any issue that is important to them.

Emotions Anonymous Support Group

"Emotions Anonymous was formed by a group of individuals who found a new way of life by working the Twelve-Step program of Alcoholics Anonymous, as adapted for people with emotional problems."

EA meetings are a warm and accepting group setting in which to share experiences without fear of criticism. EA members come together in weekly mutual support groups for the purpose of sharing their experiences, feelings, strengths, weaknesses, and hopes with one another working toward recovery from any sort of emotional difficulties. Members may have different symptoms, but the underlying emotions are the same or similar.
